New website

Hi! I finally got my act together to fix up a new website after I stopped using my previous website for a while. Hopefully, I will start populating the other pages over the next few days. Unfortunately, I lost my previous domain name as it expired together with my previous hosting plan. The reminder email from the hosting company went into my junk inbox instead. So, that previous domain name is now officially a Chinese spam website.

Well, the good news is I am now using Hugo to generate my website and deploying it using Netlify via GitHub. So, goodbye to WordPress and WordPress-related hosting plans! The future is now.

I hope this new website is going to inspire me to start writing more actively once again. I do miss writing, not just on economics related topics, and sharing my research.

For now, enjoy this painting I did the other day, spinning off a failed attempt at an acrylic pour.
